Finabode Pty Ltd is a provider of integrated building, construction, renovation, presale and styling services for property and home owners.

The establishment of this unique services business was as a result of the direct market experience response of its founder and current Director, James Hundt.

As a Real Estate Agent, James was aware of the frustration experienced by his clients when preparing a property for sale. Managing different contractors, getting them to show up on time, and not having the experience to ensure the property presented well – it was clear property owners needed a team of managed specialists to drive a profitable outcome with minimal property owner effort.

In 2013, James and Phil Henning, Director, joined their property experiences in Real Estate and the Building Industry, to bring Finabode to life. Over the past two years, Finabode is preferred in Sydney for premium pre-sale property preparation, renovations, construction, and building services.

Today over 1000 clients’ have experienced a seamless approach to selling and renovating their properties and more importantly, realising the maximised value of their property.
